Other State Citizens in de facto court

I will be in the GENERAL COURT OF JUSTICE SUPERIOR COURT DIVISION, COUNTY OF MACON, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA in Macon county, township of Franklin, today at 2pm. The court and the DA's office have been using the 'chilling effect' doctrine and I think they are finally coming to the realization that I am not going to back down on this jurisdictional challenge and the only way they can proceed is to violate due process of law. I will give a full post on this soon.

Since I was a small child, I always knew the world was askew. Something was not quite right with the world around me; like the strange, yet familiar, smell in the air as fall is approaching. Looking back, perhaps my perspective was caused by the things I suffered as I was growing up, but as I matured I met more and more people with the same splinter in their mind.

Some desperately searched for the answers wherever they could; spirituality, religion, military, politics, law, culture, counter-culture, history, the list goes on. Most made their own truth to give answer to what was driving them mad, to blunt the point of reality as much as they could with a grinding stone of half-truths, false justifications, and damn lies. Most hinge-pins of delusion result from our social engineering, the messages within the medium, weapons of mass distraction; information released upon the world to satisfy the balance between the apathetic nature of men and our desire to be free and independent.

My own questing for peace has led me in many directions. I see the interconnection in all I searched out and rooted into and now I know there is more to come. There is Truth just over the rise that I have not laid conscience mind upon. I have erred on many occasions (not an exclusive claim I know), bringing hurt upon myself and others. Like a man drowning in an ocean full of people: just treading water, grasping desperately to keep his head above water, gasping to breathe air, yet pulling down whoever is near him. As a drowning man, never realizing he can walk upon the water and soar high above the clouds; never realizing his ability and all that is available. Eventually, I began to put the pieces together, the knowledge and understanding I had gained through my failures, my delusions, my success, my epiphanies, my research, my prayer and walk in this world, seeking to understand creation and the Self Existing Creator.

I came to a realization that what has been weighing upon my heart and my mind the entirety of my life has been usurpation. All my life I have been living with the overthrow of Law, and the obscuring of the lines between what is false and what is true - all around me - and the disregard of righteousness and justice by beguiling actors upon a stage. This stage, thought to be the world, and ‘the truth’ set up to lead men and women away from what actually is. The apathy of the people, their addiction to comfort, the despotic desires of an extremely focused minority wielding fear and mass distraction as a weapon - these are the fuels to this deception.

The overthrow of Law began, most blatantly, with the military overthrow of Law at the will of a few: perverse men, rogue servants, trustee ex malficio, who were willing to betray their sacred oaths, willing to compel and incite those under them to commit usurpation, genocide, and fratricide. With a campaign of lies, despotic principles, and unrestrained military force, they brought this nation and its countries to destruction through an unjust War and Military Reconstruction. Abraham Lincoln, Lyman Trumball, and James G. Blaine, along with the majority of the men from the 37th, 38th, 39th and 40th Congresses, wielding all the weapons available to destroy the principles of freedom and self governance in violation to Law, Equity, and the International Rules of War, brought about the destruction of our great Union of republics. What was given to us by our forefathers, through their actions for independence from Britain, was lost and put into abeyance at the point of a bayonet.

In our modern struggle for freedom and liberty, for recession2, what we are faced with today is progression of the maintenance and upholding of the overthrow of Law and Lawful government. Executed by the fools and tyrants named above, through the course of the last 150 years, there have been many that have picked up the torch of despotism; furthering the cause of the ‘money-changers’, and there have been few that stood against it. A cult of personality is not what will return our countries - our nation - to the governments intended. We, modern men and women, must contend with our apathy, our neglect to duty in being ‘eternally vigilant’. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.

The answer is in the ‘People’ whom are seeking and willing to participate in lawful, provable, constitutional government exclusively. Only the ‘People’ committed to eternal vigilance will return what has been lost. The current body politic, or political venue created by the coerced 14th Amendment, is a drag net, a ball and chain, and a tool of subjugation; making all who cling to it and claim it as right slaves, “…subject to the jurisdiction thereof…”. Lincoln and his rogue agents did not abolish slavery; they simply laid the groundwork for a national plantation, a plantation where upon which everyone is to be placed upon it, with the exception of those that call themselves benefactors1. These benefactors are the same that falsely claim themselves to be ‘We the People’, which they attest, is the United States Congress.

Only those that have made themselves party to the original covenants/constitutions/trust indentures - such as the Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen united States of America; commonly called the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution for the United States of America, or one of the 34 organic state constitutions that existed in 1861 - have standing to bring a claim. The current Federal/National government does not derive its authority from the Constitution for the United States of America, the primary claim of its authority is the coerced 14th Amendment. ‘Big brother’ has given the rest of the constitutional references (i.e. right to bear arms, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, due process of law, no warrantless searches) to have the appearance of the organic Union, but when eyes are open and logic, reason, and perception are employed and when ears are hearing the voice of the past; the voice of record, it is clear that it is nothing more than a shadow. This shadow is a superficial lip service to our forefathers and what they granted us and its purpose is to hide the usurpation of the Union that was framed with the Constitution for the United States of America c.1791, and the States, the Countries that formed it and maintained it.
